The fit recipe of the spaghetti bolegnese that you will have to try

Coach and personal trainer Rui Miguel Pinheiro shares a fitness recipe from the famous Bolognese spaghetti. This recipe is very healthy and great so that you don't gain that extra weight.

Bolognese for 3 packed lunches of 350kcal!

Ingredients:

  • 300gr of minced beef (lean cut)

  • 300gr of cooked pasta

  • 1/2 onion and a clove of garlic

  • Olive oil spray from Prozis

  • 100gr of tomato pulp

  • Spices to taste (I used salt, pepper, sweet pepper, garlic and parsley powder)

  • 30gr of light mozzarella cheese!
