Bolognese for 3 packed lunches of 350kcal!
Ingredients:
300gr of minced beef (lean cut)
300gr of cooked pasta
1/2 onion and a clove of garlic
Olive oil spray from Prozis
100gr of tomato pulp
Spices to taste (I used salt, pepper, sweet pepper, garlic and parsley powder)
30gr of light mozzarella cheese!
