The cheesecake to eat and cry for more without fear of calories
Coach and personal trainer Rui Miguel Pinheiro shares a fitness recipe for a cheesecake that can be changed to taste. This dessert is made with healthy ingredients, which will not make you cry in the end for fear of calories.
Ingredients:
200gr of light cream cheese
3 vanilla protein/skyr yogurts
2 eggs
40gr of prozis oatmeal
sweetener to taste (stevia and erythrol) from prozis
vanilla essence
Liquidize and put 10min in the oven until golden brown, refrigerate for an hour until it hardens
Jelly:
200gr of frozen blueberries
10gr of honey
10gr of cornstarch with a little water (to thicken)
Final finish 2 Maria cookies 0% sugar crumbled on the edge of the cheesecake and 15gr of white chocolate in the center!
