The cheesecake to eat and cry for more without fear of calories

Coach and personal trainer Rui Miguel Pinheiro shares a fitness recipe for a cheesecake that can be changed to taste. This dessert is made with healthy ingredients, which will not make you cry in the end for fear of calories.

Ingredients:

  • 200gr of light cream cheese

  • 3 vanilla protein/skyr yogurts

  • 2 eggs

  • 40gr of prozis oatmeal

  • sweetener to taste (stevia and erythrol) from prozis

  • vanilla essence

Liquidize and put 10min in the oven until golden brown, refrigerate for an hour until it hardens

Jelly:

  • 200gr of frozen blueberries

  • 10gr of honey

  • 10gr of cornstarch with a little water (to thicken)

Final finish 2 Maria cookies 0% sugar crumbled on the edge of the cheesecake and 15gr of white chocolate in the center!

Divide into 8 slices of 130kcal
