Famous Bodybuilder Jo Linder Died Of An Aneurism. The First Signs And What You Should Do
The girlfriend of the famous German bodybuilder Jo Linder, known worldwide as Joesthetics, reports that the last words were that she was full of neck pain. "His last words were: love, I'm in so much pain," Nicha wrote on Instagram. "I wish it had been something else he could have been saved from. It was not a heart attack, nothing but an aneurism."
Joe had suffered pain and symptoms characteristic of aneurism days before his premature death at the age of 30. The bodybuilder's girlfriend said that an aunt of his had also suffered from the same pain and died of an aneurism.
Joesthetics had a severe neck pain on Wednesday (28) and will have asked his girlfriend to touch the site. There was a swelling in that neck area, however this was devalued. "I believe he thought it was a normal pain, like the other times," Nicha shared on Instagram.
On Thursday (29), Jo came into contact with his girlfriend complaining that he was not feeling well because of the neck pains. Once again the problem was ignored, because the signs of the body's signals were more than evident that something was not right.
Already on Friday (30), Nicha had those that would be the last moments of her life with her boyfriend. "We told jokes, laughed and he put a necklace on me in front of his friend. After this friend left, Joe and I lay in bed. He laid his head on my chest for 20 minutes. And then he got up, said it was time for us to go [to the gym, as they had arranged with another friend]. And that's how it happened."
"Yes, he was too young for that. But in fact, there is no 'too young' or 'too old' for that. Anything can happen at any time," Nicha concluded.
But what is an aneurism?
An aneurism is a dilation of an artery. It usually occurs in fragile places of the arterial wall, such as in the brain or aorta. The first signs may include sudden and intense headache, blurred vision, stiffness in the neck and loss of consciousness. If it is an aortic aneurism, the first symptoms are chest or back pain, shortness of breath, persistent cough, difficulty swallowing and abdominal swelling.
Often aneurisms do not give any kind of warnings or signs and if they rupture, they can experience very serious haemorrhages that can lead to death. Therefore, it is necessary to take all necessary precautions. If you suspect that you have an aneurism, it is important to consult your doctor and do the necessary test to treat the problem as soon as possible.
Treatment can be done through surgery to repair the artery or remove the damaged part of it. However, each case is a case, and there are several treatment methods in addition to surgery that is more invasive. You should consult your doctor regularly and perform the necessary tests for rapid and effective screening and action in cases of disease.
