Zac Efron says that his body transformation to "Baywatch" left him depressed and in insomnia
Since the release of the film, Zac Efron's body has been judged in the most varied media, with The New York Times saying that the body of the star of "Baywatch" is a "dad bod".
"That look of Baywatch, I don't know if this is really achievable," says the actor in an interview with Men's Health magazine. “There is very little water on the skin. Like, it's fake; it looks like CGI," he said. "And that required Lasix, powerful diuretics, to achieve. So I don't need to do that. I much prefer to have an extra, you know, 2 to 3% body fat."
"I started to develop insomnia and fell into a very serious depression for a long time. Something about this experience burned me. I had a lot of difficulty in recenter."
Zac Efron says he never wants to have such a slender body as the one seen in the movie "Baywatch" because it is extreme, unhealthy and unsustainable.
