The most expensive bottle of Spanish whiskey in the world has already been sold

In Spain, a bottle of whiskey from DYC broke a record. The bottle of 20 Great Maestros was sold at auction for 10,500 euros in Madrid.

This whiskey is special. It had a long maturation process in an American oak barrel, the oldest barrel and was used only for this purpose. With a light flavor and complex nuances, it results in an oak and vanilla flavor with intense aromas. The glass designed for this bottle was handmade, thus showing the importance of this whiskey.

In addition to the enviable quality, the bottle neck takes 18-carat yellow gold and six inlaid dimanares.

The entire auction was donated to the Spanish Business Confederation of Hospitality, to help in the training of professionals in this sector.
