Situated in Jumeirah, Dubai's most famous palm-shaped artificial island, the hotel overlooks the turquoise sea. The resort has 43 floors (183 meters high), 90 thousand square meters of glass and 150 thousand square meters of marble. This is the result of more than 1.5 billion dollars. The hotel also has 795 rooms and 102 luxury suites and penthouses.

Beyoncé stayed at the hotel's most luxurious penthouse. This penthouse has more than 1,100 square meters, two floors, four bedrooms, a library, a bar, a private terrace and an infinity pool.

Each of the hotel rooms has its own balcony, with windows from ceiling to floor and views of the entire island. All in all, this luxury complex has 92 swimming pools, the largest of which is 90 meters and is 100 meters above sea level.
