Magno Scavo: how a bricklayer in Venezuela became a star on social media

Nicolás Scavo, better known as Magno Scavo, is an influencer on social networks about men's fashion. Born in Macaray, Venezuela, he traveled to Europe to try to have better luck in his life.

"When I arrived in Spain I started working in masonry, I would stick blocks, full of dust and my hands dry by the cement or glue I manipulated. Then I would leave the building, take a shower, dress and take pictures of myself," he said in an interview with the Noticias Todos Ahora website.

Magno had the hobby of publishing content about fashion and social networks began to see in Venezuelan an authentic star when it comes to trends. As it grew online, Magno began to have more open doors in an industry so giant that it is fashion.

"To get to choose the perfect outfit it is necessary that the person knows their tastes well to choose colors and style that go with their personality. Once you have this, the purchase you make will be super effective. Already then you can have a wardrobe background created to your liking. You can get there, get the clothes and match them. This is something I've always worried about, buying things that I can use tomorrow and not to use it only once," he said.

For the influencer there are three things that are necessary in a man's dress: white shirt, black pants and black shoes: "It all depends on where you move, your tastes, the world of work, the style you have," he concluded.

Magno Scavo wants to have his own clothing brand and in the future it may even come to fruition: "Arming a clothing brand is not so easy, nor so difficult, but I worked a lot on an image on social networks and I want to convey this also in a clothing brand. These details involve time and contacts and that's what's coming. I think this can come until December," he explained.

Despite having been very lucky on social networks, Magno says being a simple person is quite common, denying living in wealth. About an eventuality of returning to his country, the Venezuelan does not rule out this hypothesis, but for now his life passes through Spain.
