Portuguese Football League Canceled In England, France And Brazil

The Portuguese Football League will no longer be broadcast in England, France and Brazil from the 2023/2024 season. The championship was broadcast in these countries by TNT Sports, RMC Sports and ESPN.

People living in these countries will no longer have access to Portuguese games. Sweden and the Netherlands should take the same attitude and suspend the broadcasts of the Portuguese Football League and everything is due to the unethical and acceptable behavior of the FC Porto’s coach who offended the referee of the match and refused to leave the stadium after expulsion in the Portuguese Super Cup game.

International channels have ceased to show interest in a football championship that seems to have no rules and where all behaviors seem to go unpunished. Abroad this does not happen and the interest in sports without rules does not exist. The Portuguese League has tarnished its reputation at the international level and this will be difficult to win back.
