Julian Smith's Exercises To Have An Enviable Physique
Julian Smith is an American bodybuilder known for his impressive muscular physique. In recent years, he has become known as The Quad Guy, thanks to his particularly impressive development in the legs.
Many times, Julian was asked how he managed to grow his legs so much. The athlete's answer was all about doing the right exercises, using heavy weights and focusing on the right shape. Here is a list of the four best exercises to become a "The Quad Guy":
