The diet
Joe Manganiello’s diet is high in protein and low in carbs and sugar. Manganiello ate 5-6 times per day, and every meal or snack contained protein in the form of animal protein, egg whites, or a protein supplement. He ate a lot of chicken and fish but also threw in the occasional steak.
